Bought 2 jackets for my self and 1 sweater for my daughter; from the sale section. The sale they have is 50%. It was a really good deal. The staff were very helpful and nice.

I have always had great service at this location, but today was above and beyond. I came into the store to pickup a delivery and had my youngster in tow. This was right after school and he was not happy about being dragged along. The person behind the cash (Braxton? Jackson?) noticed the cloudy mood and began chatting with him. They discovered that they both love the color orange, which is always a great topic. Stickers were given on our way out and there were smiles! Love this place. Thank you for the kindness.

The product range is very well-stocked, and the team makes it much different from any other outdoor gear brand. Every single staff member can analyze everything in the store, and can give you their own usage case for them. During my visit one staff spent over 30 minutes addressing the pros and cons of different types of jacket shell to one lady and another tag along with a couple to check their fit with all the options possible. Very impressive.

Came in to try out some of their new items and Braxton (I hope I spelled his name correctly) greeted me kindly and assisted me with sizing and finding everything I was looking for. The store is neatly organized with a wide range of selection and everyone on the floor was warm and willing to help.

They had a great selection of sale items and amazing customer service. I went to pay for my sweater and after paying and walking away I realised that the sweater was 169, when the tag says 159. I went back to the cash and the lady noticed I was a bit confused with the bill and called another gentleman to help me as she was busy with a customer. He was very helpful, apologized and explained how older colours were cheaper and the system made an error and he gladly refunded me the money. Overall 10/10 experience.

The staff at this store went above and beyond to ensure that I had a working jacket for winter when my zipper broke, while also being incredibly friendly. They’ve earned a Patagonia customer for life!
